Love is so essential, it’s the very core of what you and I are.
Are you giving your gifts to the world?
These words made me reflect on my own actions recently. I’m noticing shifting and changing in terms of my ideals towards humanity. I want to still own what I believe in. What I believe in is genuine gratuity. In other words I haven’t been offering because I want to, rather I’ve been consumed with own concerns, goals and desires.
Taking a step back.
In my meditation class, the woman who guides it, Robin, said this, ” Remember you have every moment to start again.”
So, in this moment I’m starting again. Remembering to appreciate this moment and the next. Giving my gratuity to my community. Thinking about myself and all that I need to do, yet keeping track of what and who’s around me. Letting it flow.

Healing. Then knowing. Then giving.
You are beautiful and you deserve the world. Because you have all the love in the world within yourself. You are the admiration I’ve been waiting for.

Self fulfilling promise..
As a friendly reminder to myself and the direct point of creating a tumblr page in the first place, I am consciously making an effort to write, for a week straight, every day. Those writings can include emotions, notes, experiences, patterns, awareness. Various documentations for the purpose of release and research. Starting today.
Dedicating the time for yourself for therapeutic purposes manifests the path towards self rehabilitation and growth. Every person I came in prolonged contact with today will help me and has. Soulful gratitude! :)
